Temporary Employment
Petromec provides dedicated personnel for a specified period of time or for a particular project. We can meet your needs for employees and leaders with a range of qualifications and expertise. Whether it’s for a short term or up to 6 months, we can find suitable candidates to fulfill any position in any function related to the industry. If you are looking for an expert or a specialist to work on a project for a fixed amount of time, employment on secondment basis is also one of the possible options.

Selection & Recruitment

Temporary to Permanent Employment (Temp-to-Perm)
In some cases, temporary employment on a secondment basis can lead to permanent employment within your company. Our specialists can be retained on a secondment basis, with an option to extend their employment on an indefinite basis (permanent employment), when their competence aligns with client needs and meets client expectations. An advantage is that in the case of Temp-to-Perm, the candidate will already be familiar with your company and will have received appropriate training under the supervision of your own people, facilitating successful integration as a permanent employee.
